Your package was just perfect and my experience was exhilaratingly rich: the game drive was out of the world, the food absolutely fabulous, however there was too much, and last but not least I sighted more wildlife than I could have ever hoped!

Mark thanks for your advice and a fantastic experience. Eight out of eight in our group reached the summit (Mount Kilimanjaro); it blew us all away. The climb went very well with your very professional guide and support staff. They were an invaluable aid throughout our trip and also really nice guys to hang out with - a real pleasure!

I wish to confirm on behalf of our entire group that Eliud Karimi is a competent and trustworthy guide. As the senior guide on our Mt. Kenya expedition he kept us well informed and in good humor; we enjoyed every minute we spent with him and his crew. Eliud led us to the top of the mountain and down safely while making sure we were provided with excellent service and food. We were very pleased to have Eliud as our guide and it is my hope that should we organize another safari we will be able to hire his services again. Our family trip to Africa was something we will never forget. Our guide and driver (Jackson) were two of the most genuine men we have ever met. They kept us informed constantly, not only in the wild, but on world politics and local news as well. Our sons (9, 7, and 3) bonded with them immediately and this was important to us since our sons are quite young. In 18 days with Odyssey we visited 12 parks, 2 villages and dozens of cities and communities. The food was extraordinary, our accommodations and provisions were exceptional. Traveling with small children, Odyssey was always able to provide appropriate (usually attached) quarters for our boys, so we were able to be close to them while we enjoyed our privacy. As far as wonderful experiences, there are just too many to list. I never dreamed a better way to spend time with my husband and 3 sons, and upon return from Kenya, I often find myself daydreaming of Africa and its majestic beauty.

Mark: As I mentioned on the phone, Jeremiah and I could not have been happier with our safari. The entire experience was just marvelous and so simple. We were a little nervous about getting through customs and meeting up with Eliud, but the directions you gave us could not have been easier, and it was a very simple, quick process. We really enjoyed Eliud, Stanley, and Sammy, and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them throughout the trip. They offered very interesting and helpful information about the wildlife and culture we encountered, and we felt as though we were treated as royalty. The food was excellent, the accommodations far exceeded our expectations, and the wildlife viewing was everything we had hoped and more. It was truly the perfect honeymoon! As a woman traveling alone, my safety was of utmost concern and indeed i felt quite relaxed. I would like to sincerely thank you Mark for your personal attention to arranging my trip, I realize it was very "last minute" but it went very smoothly. Although the price was high, I was one person traveling and I received superb care from Eliud and the cook plus I got to witness the beauty of a part of our planet... which is beyond measure!
