Our flexible booking and safety policies mean you’re protected both before and during your travels with us.
Our Risk-Free Booking Guarantee
We’ve updated our policies to keep you – the traveler – in total peace of mind and absolute flexibility when you book with us. No catches, no complexity, no stress. There’s no initial payment needed to book your trip. You only have to pay the deposit sixty days before travel with the final balance being due thirty days before your departure.
While we’ve always had flexible booking conditions, in these unprecedented times we’ve gone one step further with our risk-free booking guarantee. Should your plans change, you can move your dates without incurring additional fees. If you need to cancel, just let us know thirty days before – we’ll return 100% of your deposit.
Our Travel Safety For Staff & Guests
Our Staff: Prior to interacting with guests, each member of our field staff is trained in enhanced protocols and participates in a personal health screening. While on safari, our guides adhere to these protocols with a special focus on cleanliness and physical distancing while wearing both gloves and masks.
Our Vehicles: Every vehicle is thoroughly sanitized prior to each tour and transfer. We’re committed to ensuring that each vehicle will be stocked with gloves, hand sanitizer and face masks. While available, guests are asked to bring such personal items for their own comfort.
Our Accommodations: Beyond our always careful selection of hotel partners, we are committed to delivering our guests only to properties that have rolled out a comprehensive, elevated standard for cleaning rooms and operating their dining spaces, common areas and administrative services.
