To ensure a successful African safari, we recommend starting your planning process at least six months to a year in advance, particularly if you intend to visit during the popular dry season months. For greater flexibility in selecting the best camps and wildlife areas, planning 12 to 18 months ahead is advisable. Nonetheless, we are well-equipped to organize a fantastic safari even if you have limited time available. Simply inform us of your travel dates, and we'll handle the rest of the arrangements.

Rest assured that we have you covered for all your transportation requirements from the moment you arrive. We will arrange for a pick-up from the airport and ensure that you are promptly driven to your lodging. If your safari itinerary entails multiple locations, we will make all the necessary arrangements for transportation between regional airports and your lodges. Upon arrival at any new destination, a dedicated driver will be available to transfer you to your new accommodations. Although planning a trip to popular destinations like Mexico or Europe can be straightforward, organizing a trip to Africa can pose a challenge, even for seasoned travelers. Unlike other locations, it's not feasible to find an Airbnb in the heart of the Serengeti, and arranging a smooth trip requires careful attention to logistics. Attempting to plan and execute everything independently is often not cost-effective or even viable, adding unnecessary stress to what should be a much-anticipated experience. During this time, the vegetation is less dense, and animals tend to congregate around water sources, making them more visible. The dry season is also the peak time for witnessing the Great Wildebeest Migration in East Africa. However, it's essential to consider that the dry season is also the busiest tourist season, with parks and lodges often crowded, and prices higher. For travelers seeking a more affordable and tranquil option, traveling during the shoulder season (April, November) or the wet season (November to April) may be preferable. While the wet season can bring muddy and wet conditions, it also creates lush landscapes and provides opportunities to observe young animals. Additionally, fewer visitors translate to lower prices and greater flexibility in availability. Ultimately, the ideal time for your African safari will depend on your unique preferences and priorities.

While it is possible to do a shorter safari, such as a two or three-day trip, it is generally recommended to spend at least six nights or seven days on safari to fully appreciate and enjoy the experience.
