Itinerary Design & Revisions
After our initial conversation, we'll take your ideas and combine them with our expertise to create an unforgettable experience. You'll receive an interactive, digital portal packed with information, imagery, and videos of the amazing destinations and properties we've selected for you. We want you to love your trip, so tell us what you love and what changes you'd like to see. As all of our journeys are 100% customizable, we'll continue to fine-tune your dream trip until it's perfect.
Securing Your Trip
With the perfect itinerary in hand, it’s time to secure your trip with us. Typically, this includes a 25% deposit with the balance being due 60 days prior to the beginning of your adventure. Once paid, our team will get to work coordinating and fine-tuning all the small details of your itinerary. We personally handle all the arrangements to ensure a smooth and seamless experience from start to finish. When you book a safari with one of Africa's leading operators, you can relax and enjoy the experience knowing that you're in good hands.
Trip Preparation & Departure
Now that all the final arrangements have been made, it’s time to start preparing for your upcoming adventure. We'll go over things like travel insurance, visas, what to pack, and anything else you might need. As we get closer to the departure date, your dedicated trip manager will check in with you to see how your preparations are going. From the moment you start planning your trip to when you arrive in Africa, our team is here 24/7 to make sure you have the best african safari experience possible.
